the legal context of the stature of law in the arrest and incarceration of Mr. Larry Sinclair. There is very strong innuendo as to the involvement of Delaware Senator Joseph Biden and Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, in utilizing their staffs and political influence to circumvent the law to facilitate what would appear to be a well orchestrated political agenda. The charges against Mr. Sinclair were dropped by the state of Delaware shortly before Senator Joseph Biden was nominated the Democratic nominee for vice president. It would therefore appear that there was collusion, in forethought and knowledge, in the proposal and implementation of the criminal use of the Delaware Attorney General’s office, the Delaware State Judiciary, to include the state of Delaware’s law enforcement agencies, and possibly the use of Federal Marshals in Mr. Sinclair’s unjustified and illegal arrest. It is especially troubling to learn that Mr. Sinclair was arrested in Washington D.C. and transported across a state line for prosecution; I believe this may be a violation of Federal Stature in and of itself; not to mention it could have been enacted during the commission of a felony. If this is true and I personally suspect it to be so, then all those who knowingly flouted the stature of State and Federal Law with such impunity must be brought to justice. I therefore am requesting a formal investigation by the Federal Prosecutors office into the allegations against all the agencies and parties involved in this miscarriage of justice and malfeasance. Thank you for addressing these concerns it is greatly appreciated. With Conviction, ( My Name Here).

I have always been a moderate Democrat until this year when the DNC decided that they would just ignore their own rules and make Obama their presidential nominee, who cares what the Democratic voters want. So after 42 years as a registered Democrat I am now an Independent voter with more of a conservative outlook. Rude Dog I think your assessment of the debate is pretty accurate. In general I believe Palin more and hope she is as fresh an honest as she appears to be. As for Senator Biden, I sent this email to the DOJ a few weeks ago: I am contacting the Department of Justice again to readdress the State of Delaware’s involvement in the illegal arrest of Mr. Larry Sinclair on September 18, 2008, his incarceration, his being charged with fictitious crimes, his being denied access to an attorney, and in his being denied prescribed medication for a medical condition. There were also libelous news releases given to Delaware newspapers that appear to have come from the Delaware Attorney General’s office eluding to a crime perpetrated by Mr. Sinclair, I believe this to be a violation of evidentiary law by a state prosecutors office, especially in that there was never a trail for a crime, nor a conviction for any stature of law violation on record with the State of Delaware to substantiate such a news release. The question arises as to the implication and misconduct of the Delaware Attorney General’s office, the Delaware Judiciary and whether or not it acted within in the legal context of the stature of law in the arrest and incarceration of Mr. See, this stealing of the names business is a typical liberal thing to do. It's just like Obama's ACORN people doing the voter fraud.

Biden was evasive as I stated above - Palin blew off most of the questions choosing instead to read pre-prepared speeches on topics of her choice while minimizing the importance of questions concerning our economy, foreign affairs and healthcare. If you saw the debate and read the transcripts I think that we can agree on this. This leads us to another point of whether Palin doing bad should make Biden look good or visa versa - both sides leaves me with an unsettling feeling because I don't think that we will get another chance at restoring our repetition in the world while effectively dealing with terrorists, stabilizing our economy and acting responsibly with our military should we make the wrong decision.

  7. The Rude Dog said on Oct 04 2008, 06:46 PM:

Please run on not wanting reason. Joe Biden didn't answer the questions. As I pointed out above, he lied.

  8. Kay said on Oct 04 2008, 03:01 PM:

I can't help noticed that you also overlooked the gist of my comment - which was that Palin was considening in not answering direct questions. Thank you for your REASON anyway. The answer had you chose to give one would have been "Yes Gov. Palin did change many of the questions opting instead to talk about what she had written in front of her". Is this something new??? anytime someone don't like a question, they change it, answer to the change that they make and pat yourself on the back????

Let me get this straight, Barack Obama's foreign policy prop, Biden, can't get the foreign policy part right, but his courtesy toward NPR hosts will make up for it? He then attacks Dick Cheney as being too hands on, yet he is Obama's Cheney, he was picked to make up for O's lack of experience. You don't want reasons? Answers, not reasonns.

  10. Kay said on Oct 04 2008, 03:51 AM:

Rude Dog, I agree that Sara Palin did take control of the debate, however it was more to the effect of ignoring questions and grand standing on pre-prepared speeches. This was not good, after the last 8 years we need someone that can give us answers and not reasons. Reasons are often interpeted as considening - as if given the answer we can't distinguish what we feel is right or wrong for our country. She failed on that and Biden didn't do as good as he's pumped up to be because he too was evasive, however, he had the kind courtesy not to change the questions to what he was prepared to answer.

Joe Biden could not get Lebanon right, he made that crap uo. "we threw them out?" He also confused Gaza with the West Bank. So he gave false answers but knew the truth?

  12. Roy said on Oct 03 2008, 06:29 PM:

Joe Biden knew the answers. Sarah Palin memorized the answers. She reminded me of reading Cliffsnotes for a novel in high school. Seriously, is there anyone who thinks Sarah could take over as President. With an old, cancer surviving President, thinks about it. Also, is there anyone who doesn't think Joe Biden could be an effective president.

  13. Thr Rude Dog said on Oct 03 2008, 04:28 PM:

Hmmm. I have to ask all of you folks, why does it not bother you that Joe Biden could not get Lebanon right? He also confused Gaza with the West Bank. This is accpetable to you? If you say they are on equal terms it is, but that's your argument, that she is not equal to the task. Also, this "evasive" business is revealing. She took control of the debate from Gwen Ifill and Joe Biden both, that takes some brains doesn't it? Or is Joe normally so easily lead? Joe also lied outright about coal, Ifill let it pass, and then he lied about Gen. Petraues naming the central front in Iraq.

What American is supposed to be? My daughter, a sophmore in high school, was constantly correcting her grammer and correctly observing that much of what she said didn't make sense. She also observed that she wouldn't answer the question. So this is what how American is supposed to be? Evasive. Difficult to understand? I use her as a guage as since she is 16, she is fairly nuetral. Her biggest problem was that both were against gay marriage. Younger generation doesn't understand that.

I wish that someone would talk about what it takes to be President in case Sarah Palin and we have to be in that place. She is in fact not interested in international politics, does not appear to have grasped the facts and we might have to depend on her. Oh nooooo!

Kathleen..what?? An American hater? Her husband hates America and is a seperatist and Palin is no better with her support of it.

Palin, although more subtle about it.. kind of, still offered nothing but non-answers to simple questions. If I had heard the words: maverick, energy or reform, one more time I would have kicked my TV.

I wish some of these polls could tell us the percentage of diehard republicans versus the number of diehard democrats that participated. Without that the poll are meaningless.
