    hoodies are cooler but in terms of which one is more practical for use in such climate, t-shirts would definitely stand.

    Well... a thousand shirts are kinda better than a thousand hoodies. Personally... I wouldn't wear a hoodie even if I got one. It's this prejudice that I have against hoodies ^^ Shirt.... more practical!
